5. Goods

We sell printed tax resource materials. Availability, shipment, and tracking details are provided at purchase.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are due as specified in invoices or order confirmations. Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfer. Late payments may incur an administrative charge.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If you cancel a booked service at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled date, we will refund the full charge via the original payment channel within 30 days of confirmation. If canceled between 7 and 13 days in advance, a 50% refund applies. Cancellations within 6 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund, but you may request rescheduling subject to availability.

7.2 Info Products

Digital guides and training modules may be refunded in full within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content. To initiate a refund, submit a request via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days using the original payment channel.

7.3 Goods

Printed materials may be returned in unused condition within 14 calendar days of receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund via the original payment channel within 30 days.

8. No-Refund Policy for Customized Services

Certain tailored engagements—such as bespoke tax strategy development requiring extensive preparatory work—are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. This is stated explicitly in the service agreement and justified by the specialized effort dedicated.

9. Rescheduling

To reschedule a service, submit a request at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates without extra charge.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at FiscoraPrime.com.
